First floor – 60 m2 – 2+2 people – minimum stay: 2 nights
Double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining area and tv, living room with sofa bed. Wifi internet connection. Apartments C and D can be an ideal solution for small groups since they are connected by a common door which is normally closed but can be opened to obtain a bigger apartment.

Umberto D
First floor – 60 m2 – 2+2 people – minimum stay: 2 nights
An external staircase leads to the living room with two bright windows located on opposite sides of the room; one overlooks the pines avenue and the other on the front fields.
A corner fireplace, two comfortable sofas, a dining table and a cupboard from the early 20th century decorate the spacious and airy living room. A comfortable double bedroom next to a bathroom renovated in May 2016 with a large shower.
The kitchen is not very large but well equipped with a gas oven, 4 burners and a 200 liter fridge. A connecting door can be opened on request if family or friends are staying in the apartment next door (Umberto C).

Umberto E
Ground Floor – 70 m2 – 2 people – Minimum stay 2 nights
From an old barn two studios have been created, each 70 meters long, divided by a movable wall (not openable).
The furnishings of the two apartments are similar, there is a divisible double bed, a kitchen cupboard, a dining table and a sofa. The large and numerous windows make these apartments very bright.
Umberto E opens onto the common entrance, while Umberto F has a window on the garden. Both have air conditioning and can be used on request in the case of groups, such as common rooms.

Ground Floor – 90 m2 – 8+2 people – Minimum Stay 2 nights
Converted from an agricultural annex, this ground floor apartment is composed of 3 rooms with double or single beds and two rooms with “queen size” beds.
The rooms are also offered individually as they are independent. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV, fridge and kettle,as well as a patio door to the garden.
No extra beds are allowed in this property and pets are not accepted.
