Quercesecca is a pet-friendly farmhouse in Maremma, southern Tuscany, where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature with your pets.
In Quercesecca we do not only allow your pets, they are welcome to join you for your vacation!
Quercesecca is the ideal solution if you want to travel with your pets; the buildings are all surrounded by agricultural fields so that cats and dogs have large spaces available with many shady spots.
The farmhouse has a wide walking area as the buildings are distributed in 50 hectares of land, and it borders a lovely pinewood forest that leads to the beaches of Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare.

On vacation with the dog
In the surrounding area there are many paths where one can set off for long walks with dogs or cats alike and just a few kilometers away is one of the only dog beaches in the area.
Even just for a weekend, pack a few toys, a bowl for water and food , your pet’s health book and come to visit us in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

Dog Beach
Halfway from Marina di Grosseto to Castiglion Della Pescaia is the “Fuori Rotta” where pets are allowed. To reach it one must park close to the “Le Marze” camping and walk cross the pinewood forest to reach the beach, it is a 5-10 minute walk from the main road. Just before you get to the beach there is also a pleasant bar with a terrace and a range of food and drinks
