Our Superior Cottage overlooks the Maremma countryside, just 100 metres from the road that leads to the beaches through the beautiful coastal pine forest.
The 50m² “Casetta” apartment on the ground floor comprises: a living area with fireplace and double sofa bed, a dining area with table, chairs and TV, and a small kitchenette.
In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a window and a floor-level shower (the bathroom is also accessible and equipped for disabled guests).
The property is completed by a large private outdoor garden, fenced and equipped with a table and chairs.
Our cottage is equipped with: private parking, independent entrance, heating, air conditioning, TV, induction hob, electric oven, wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, clothes horse, hairdryer, tiled floor and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling.
The flat does not have Wi-Fi, but if you need it, you can go directly to the outdoor areas of our business centre, just 700 metres from your accommodation, and use the Wi-Fi internet service at no additional cost.
